Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the KratomFree app ("Application") handles consumer health data. It supplements, and should be read alongside, the Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we handle
When you use KratomFree, the Application may handle the following consumer health data, all of which you enter yourself:
- your quit date and the time since your last dose,
- the form of kratom you used (such as powder, capsules, extracts, or shots), the amount, the frequency, and what it cost,
- your recovery progress, the milestones you reach, and your streaks, and
- preferences tied to your quit journey, such as reminder and notification choices.
Where it is stored
Your tracking data is stored locally on your device. KratomFree does not require an account, and you do not sign in to use it.
Sources
We collect this data directly from you and from your use of the Application.
How we use it
We use consumer health data to:
- provide the quit tracking, progress, milestone, streak, reminder, and health-insight features, and
- respond to privacy, support, safety, or legal requests you send us.
Sharing
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising. Your detailed tracking data stays on your device. Only aggregated, anonymized usage and stability data is shared with the service providers that help run the Application, such as Apple, Google Play, Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), and RevenueCat (to process optional purchases). This data is encrypted in transit. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
- You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling also removes the tracking data held on your device.
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete consumer health data we hold by emailing privacy@kratomfree.app.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent for consumer health data. You can exercise them using the same email, and we will not deny you the use of KratomFree for doing so.
